I was in charged of a group of 10 artists. Not only I was the director of the area but also I like to get my hands dirty. I designed the main Pipeline from recieving the material to the final delivery to the client, starting with the Color grading department to the on-line suite.

I ran succesfully thestudio for all this period until we merged with The Wire in April 2008. Not only as a director and artist, but also designed all the workfow and pipe line from off-line to on-line. I was in charge of a 20 people team.

All the workflow, pipe line and know how, was implemented later in The Wire Studio.

Experience and objectives

Along over 20 years of experience, I have mostly worked into 3D Animation, VFX, editing, CG, On-line and Post Production for the advertising and film industry.

I have worked in projects for mayor advertising agencies in Mexico and I am used to tight deadlines and to get the work on time and budget.

I have lead a team of 10 people not only as a CG Leading artist and director but I also like to get my hands dirty as a 3D generalist, comp, roto, match moving and fluid simulation artist.

I have the ability and expertise from getting the ideas out of paper and realizing them through the whole process, taking advantage of all of the studio resources.

I have designed the workflow and pipelines from Editing, Color Grading, CG, VFX, Animation and On-line.

I am a champion of team work, teaching and learning. Driving the team and myself to excel and develop each member professionally and personaly. As well as I can blend as a part of a team and let me drive by other professionals.

I am also looking forward over new technologies that can improve the time response and quality of the projects.
