A longtime retail management professional, Elizabeth Irmen serves as a Swarovski Crystal Co. district training and sales manager. Based in Oak Brook, Illinois, she guides a $1 million luxury retail location at Orland Square. Elizabeth Irmen’s accomplishments include achieving the highest sales growth region-wide, with the store selected as a district model.

Ms. Irmen also engages as Black Tie Draperies store manager and leads daily operations at a retail store focused on custom window treatments. Guiding an outside design-consultant team, she maintains core accounts and spearheads strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Her responsibilities extend to payroll, budgeting, staffing, inventory, and accounting.

Ms. Irmen attended Indiana State University and completed her BA in business management with a concentration in communication and management/marketing. In the mid-1990s, she accepted responsibilities as store manager with Mondi International in Chicago and had an integral role in boosting store volume while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
