Executive Creative Director
• Head of the Art Department, Marketing, Customer Service and Branding. Solely manage the libertybottles website and direct-to-consumer segment though Suite Commerce Advanced. Grew online e-com sales 250+% in year-over-year growth for 6 consecutive months.
• Created B2C mailing campaign plan that reaches 14K+ subscribers with a 30% average open rate. Direct content for 5 social media channels with a social audience size of over 40,000. Organically grew instagram follower base 230% within 9 months.
• Developed co-branded art and marketing for with a variety of retailers, which includes: Sierra Nevada, Walmart, Cabela’s, Whole Foods, REI, Nintendo, Microsoft and The Green Sports Alliance.
• Oversee general brand direction and plan for the marketplace in both B2B and B2C sectors. Coordinate with outside vendors to keep projects within budget and proposed time-lines.
• Direct and help create, maintain and update company brand & graphic standards, including but not limited to: advertising, packaging, collateral, product displays, tradeshow graphics, catalogs and marketing materials.
• Create and manage lead generation for the Sales department. Attend and supervise the Liberty staff and “image of the brand” at industry Trade-Shows, events and in media.
• Interview, hire, and train team of Artists and Marketers. Manage outside Artists, Photographers, Designers and Contractors from around the globe.
