Worked on interfaces and product features for client Bank of the West

Designed interfaces and features for Factual products such as Global Places Preview and Geopulse Insights. Constructed user flows, low to high fidelity wireframes, and prototypes. Conducted ethnography and user testing.

Responsible for synthesizing user experience concepts for clients (Coca-Cola, Powerade, Verisure). Designed user scenarios and interactions, as well as executed wireframes and client presentations.

Responsible for conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and framing design criteria. Constructed system diagrams and product concepts; Assisted in prototyping and designing interface guidelines.
