Responsibilities:
• Develop creative ideas and designs for all projects
• Articulate ideas for internal review and present design
concepts to clients
• Produce creative concept on time and within budget
• Help our team build strong client relationships
• Provide direction to other creative team members
• Develop concepts for promotional videos along with script writing, and post-production editing
• Provide art direction to photographers

Achievements:
• Developed a new process for creating sitemaps and wireframes that greatly increased our client buy-in and increased approvals
• Designed 121 websites since June 2014 (and counting!)

Responsibilities:
• Art director for external advertising campaigns
• Creative lead to outside agencies and other third parties
• Oversee the production of all in-branch digital display graphics
as well as all print ads and promotional merchandise design
• Manage relationships with various printers, freelance writers,
artists and illustrators

Achievements:
• Produced an advertising campaign for a new mobile banking site that reached 141% of the monthly log in target
• Produced an advertising campaign for the RRSP season that achieved 157% of the sales target

The Certificate in Communication Design Essentials is a partnership program between BCIT and Emily Carr University. It provided me with a skillset that prepared me for success in the design field. This intensive program combined technical expertise with a solid foundation in visual communication and the design process.
