Oversaw all pillow design and development for U.S., Canada and South America markets. Created new prototypes and designs using various CAD packages.
· Provided detailed specification drawings for new products, which allowed production to build products with precision.
· Developed new mechanical test equipment for internal test facility which saved the company thousands of dollars of design work.
· Used 3-D prototyping machine and created molds for numerous products. Each mold created saved the company approximately 4 weeks of work and $7K.
· Ensured all products met Federal flammability requirements.
