I tutored teens in grades 8 - 11 in a new program called iCount High School in the subjects of English and Math.

This job was made to help Status Native indians living on reserve. I helped the elders and less fortunate to get to Doctor appointments that were further then 1 hour away. I would help pay for gas or transportation, and when needed: Lodging, food and a Medical escort expenses. Made sure all the information was properly filed and reported each day, week, month and year.

Monitor: Keep record of size, type and sex of salmon caught in the river.
Sales Manager: Sell freshly caught and also smoked pink salmon to the tourist at the top of the canyon.
Data Entry: Enter all the data from the seasons monitor reports into the system for government records.

A practicum job for the Accounting course I took in Cowansville Quebec. Paying bills, entering account details, bookkeeping, payroll.

My husbands first kitchen venture. I was the jake of all trades while he turned out perfect food to the public. My duties included but not limited to: Promoting, advertising, menus, prices, inventory, waitress, dishwasher.

complete accounting tasks such as: to calculate and prepare the bills, invoices, receipts, payments, etc. of a business, to manage the petty cash, to produce the payroll, to calculate prices, to accurately complete and verify work for daily accounting tasks, to complete end of fiscal period and end of year tasks, produce income tax forms, and to create an accounting system.

To acquire the knowledge and the skills necessary to do basic designs and commercial drawing techniques. It teaches the student to use pen and production techniques, to achieve artistic and commercial standardized advertisement and to participate in the design of advertising lay-outs.

Located in the historical village of ‘Ksan at Hazelton, the school offers a four-year program dedicated to the renewal and passing of this special art form to succeeding generations. Students strengthen and build on the old art traditions by training in the style and skills of master carvers. Many well-established Northwest Coast artists have marked their beginnings at the Kitanmaax School. ‘Ksan was the first to offer Northwest Coast Indian art in formal instruction. Contributing in the renaissance of the art form, Gitanmaax School of Northwest Coast Indian Art has played a role in elevating the arts profile to a higher degree of popularity and esteem.

Due to personal issues at the time I was only able to complete the first year of this four year course. I wish I could go back to finnish the last 3 years.
