- Own development of women's knit + woven tops, dresses, jumpsuits and outerwear for the private label Bar III @ Macys

- Own development of women's knit + woven tops, dresses, jumpsuits and outerwear for the private label Bar III @ Macys

- Work with design team to create color, concept, and style direction seasonally
- Conduct seasonal research for core wovens, fashion wovens, sublimations & ponte program (also previously worked on completer & woven bottom development)
- Contribute original sketches (both in Illustrator and by hand) for seasonal development as well as pre-season R&D development with OS
- Prepare trend direction boards for presentation in meetings
- Review merchandise plans with the team and maintain calendar
- Partner with product team to analyze white space and design into potential test items to drive growth
- Source/develop trims, fabrics and embellishments necessary for development
- Work cross functionally with CAD team to approve all AW repeat files created OS
- Submit, organize, and approve all prints/lab dips for categories
- Responsible for completing all technical packages in PLM for core wovens, fashion wovens, sublimations & ponte program
- Communicate design direction to OS and manage any production issues that arise
- Attend all fittings and work cross functionally with tech to ensure our design vision is achieved through fit samples
