Art handling, built exhibit spaces (framing, drywall, paint), built exhibit displays (bases, object mounts), installed exhibits (hung art, labels, lit objects according to aesthetic and conservation standards) and maintained exhibits. Built custom crates for shipping artworks for loans. Matted and framed works on paper when necessary. Handled art from the collections of the Rijksmuseum, the Louvre, the Metropolitan, and many other fine museums. Worked closely with museum registrar in matters of art handling, and closely with curators and exhibit designer in matters of exhibits. Worked with a wide variety of art, including classic cars, jewelry, samurai armor, and video installations.

Foundryman

Cosanti Originals supports the Cosanti Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by architect Paolo Soleri, dedicated to the support of Soleri's noted architectural and urban planning research. Made molds in green sand in sizes that ranged from one cubic foot to 15 cubic feet. Operated and maintained gas fired furnace. Poured bronze & aluminum castings from 1 lb to 75 lbs. Prepared castings for assembly through grinding, sanding, and drilling. Performed bronze brazing on castings for either repair or assembly. Applied patinas to finished bronze works. Maintained foundry shop and equipment.
