I will help you set up an account with Klaviyo - a robust email marketing service that pairs well with Shopify. Using Klaviyo, I will create an email capture for your website so you can start collecting customer email addresses and/or phone numbers for SMS marketing. I will then create a "Welcome Flow" - a 3-part series of emails that welcomes new customers, thanks them for subscribing, invites them to follow you on social media, and brings their attention to featured products or services you provide. You could also offer a discount to first time buyers as an incentive to subscribe. After I have designed the "Welcome Flow" and your website is set up to receive subscribers, our contract is complete. If you would like to hire me to create additional email campaigns, I charge $75 per email design.

I will customize one of Shopify's premium eCommerce themes with your branding and products. You provide the logo, written content, product information and images. If you don't have any images, stock images will be provided at no extra charge. I will not begin working on your project until I have ALL of your website's content. First, we'll have a design meeting where you can give me any specific ideas or details about your website. Second, I'll send you a preview link so you can walk through the new website as if it were live. We can make some design tweaks here and there, but if you like what you see overall, I will make sure your store is ready to start selling, then put it live for the world to see. I'm happy to send you tutorial videos on how to make updates to your website on your own. At this point, our contract is complete. I guarantee you will love the finished product!

Third, once all the page mockups are complete, I will send you all of the design files, which you can then give to a developer to build for you. If you are looking for a developer, I can provide you with some names of professionals that I work with regularly. At this point, our contract is complete. I guarantee you will love the finished product!
