Managing and maintaining all graphic requirements for national and international
brands in the apparel and fashion accessories industry:
• ABTL creative as required - outdoor, print
• Catalogue & brochures - liaison with external design agencies & marketing team
• Designs for app or online catalogues
• Advertising creative - utilising external advertising creative and creation of
in-house content
• Online and interactive solutions creative - including you-tube, facebook ad,
re-targeting and digital ad requirements
• Including all liaisons with outside agencies, media outlets to ensure dispatch
and quality control
• EDM design including performance metrics with digital marketing team and analyst
• Point of sale including approvals and dispatch, liaison with production manager
on quality control
• Understand the CRM system and work with the teams to ensure accurate split testing
of eDM’s and segmentation designs are incorporated and tested
• Packaging design, posters & art mounts including corporate requirements
• Assisting marketing on presentations – powerpoint, indesign where required
• Retouching for advertising purposes
• Liaise with marketing managers and Gazal divisions, correct brief received,
answer queries, and ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Assist marketing managers to maintain the brand guidelines, logo and trademark
usage and all style guides
• Super user in the dam system
• Communicate and share ideas on design with internal designers and marketing
team members

• Conceptualising and redesigning label artwork
