Being one of the first employed at AW I expanded and help manage
the product development department. My tasks include creating new product
lines quarterly for Ann Williams Fall and Spring release dates, while also
designing for private buyers such as Target, Walmart, Joann Fabrics and
Michaels. I seek my design inspiration to the growing needs of children and
adult products that exceed the minimum box products sold in stores.
Along with developing the product lines I also create (develop, produce, film
and edit) the instructional and promotional videos used on AW website,
Amazon and social media. Being the onsite photographer and videographer
for AW has expanded my field of knowledge of all the stages of product
development while beckoning my skills in a fast paced environment.

position and grew to 30 within 1 year as the product developer.

Working with a corporate chain I learned that teamwork and network
partnerships are the prime source to a chain’s enterprise. Making
connections through business partnerships/ friendships leads to a concrete
boost to sales execution
