Led massive redesigns and launches of each of the Moritz College of Law's magazines, html newsletters and marketing materials in both print and online.
• Establishing branding of the law school and all individual divisions including alumni relations, career services, election law, law and leadership, adr, development, reunions, student groups, etc. through logos, publications, web, marketing literature, e-newsletters, videos, slideshows, invitations and posters.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent image throughout all publications, marketing literature and internal visual means of communication.
• Consults with project heads to evaluate individual project needs, priorities and budget then finalizes layout and collects quotes from outside vendors. Communicates with outside vendors such as printers, shippers, and postal services to meet all production requirements, stay within budget and assure timely completion.
• Performs press inspection of jobs and inspects quality of final product before it is released to the public.
• Organizes all components of school events, symposiums and conferences with project heads, including all marketing literature, registration and informational media during the event, photography, and documenting the event in all external publications for publicity.

National retail and trade cataloger specializing in the design and sale of upscale outdoor teak and garden furniture.
• Designed and produced art, copy and layouts of all visual communication material including catalogs, advertising, flyers, packaging, website, promotional emails and marketing materials.
• Conceptualized and produced both national retail and trade catalogs. Coordinated and collaborated with company owners, marketing and sales departments, and codesigner to complete an aesthetically pleasing piece that also generates an increase in revenue.
• Photographed products on location after securing appropriate properties and settings as backdrops for products using digital cameras. Also was responsible for photo production, advanced photo retouching to achieve color consistency and aesthetic objectives, as well as, the cataloging and storage using Portfolio Extensis.
• Working with objectives developed by marketing department and company owners, developed advertising that kept consistent in both “look” and content of all visual communications and corporate identity. Required retouching of images in Photoshop and the development of copy for advertisements in 21 national publications as well as producing images and text for occasional editorial leads.
• Maintained and revised website by updating text, images and appearance of corporate website (www.countrycasual.com) to keep current with market and industry trends and new technologies. This required the design of new web pages using Quark Express, Photoshop and GoLive.
• Developed semi-monthly promotional emails based on the objectives developed by marketing department. Coordinated with online service and technical departments to ensure delivery and tracking success of emails.
• Participated in discussion of product development and brainstormed ideas for new product design or product modification. Completed detailed drawings and specifications of furniture for construction of prototypes. Participated in review of prototypes and modifies original designs as necessitated by concerns for comfort, safety or aesthetics.
• Submitted samples and drawings to manufacturer’s production engineers for review and testing and the necessary modifications based on production parameters, safety, ease of assembly, ease of shipment, ease of production or cost savings.
• Prepared instructions, specification sheets, product labels, box artwork and descriptive material to be used in the packaging and sale of products.
• Played active role on company’s quality inspection team and helps document and communicated problems discovered during inspection (using drawings, photographs, specifications documents, and records of communication).
• Designed and maintained appearance of newly opened showroom. Consulting with owners objectives, floor and lighting consultants and codesigner, developed the initial interior design of new store. This included furniture layout, development and production of all sales resources and point of sale materials including signage, sale tags and fabric swatches.
