Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Creating and developing Storyboard, Concept Design for projects, channel
branding and TV commercials.
2. Identify, define, prioritize and implement specific creative and production
workflow process steps which will enhance the production creative tools.
3. Create, develop and build consensus between Technology, Artists and Production
Management to assist the Director to realize his vision.
4. Set goals for Production Management to successfully manage the day-to-day
production needs in a manner that instills trust and confidence from the
Producers and Directors, Day-to-day production management should include an
effective process for communicating required staffing changes and judgments
with some mechanism for planning, forecasting and ultimately delivering on
potential staffing scenarios for anticipated work.
5. Make sure that production pipeline and time frame is safe for client schedule,
responsible to deliver highend quality to satisfy the client expectations.
6. Setting plans for check points, meetings, PPM, approvals easy to client to take
decisions, set delivery strategy and toolkit materials in all kind to technical
format needed by agency or client.
7. Managing 3d and 2d teams and schedule for production pipeline, and be involved
in every single shot from day one to end of production and final delivery.
