I am a User Experience Designer based in Dubai, UAE. My approach in developing a UX design strategy is by finding balance between design that is action oriented, user-centered, aesthetically appealing and solution focused towards the desired expectation. As an experience designer I derive inspiration from my surroundings to stay motivated to design digital products that are relatable and influences interaction.

Assistant Manager (Product Designer), Digital

- Conceptualized and designed lead-gen targeted landing pages for digital marketing campaigns - property launches, special offers, roadshows, and events; awareness campaigns - information-rich project and masterplan pages for A/B testing lead quality.
- Headed the design & execution of The Dubai Stars website with identification, feature scoping and functionality capabilities; a web platform that allows users to nominate deserving individuals for a star in a walkable tribute in Dubai.
- Facilitated the launching of redesigned Emaar Properties website; with periodic product backlog updates on content migration, salesforce integration, and product enhancements.
- Conducted a heuristic audit post-launch with recommendations for improving user journeys and enhancing the digital experience with feature scoping on targeted customer segments.
- Manage Google My Business for residential listings with constant optimization and review for increasing search rankings and relevancy.

- Conceptualized and designed responsive websites for an eCommerce Clothing store and Pet Adoption network; designed an Android mobile app for Asthma Management; developed a redesign concept of Apple Music app for iOS.
- Applied a user-centred design approach in all projects by planning and conducting extensive user research through interviews, surveys, literature review, personas, customer journey maps; conceptualised ideas from sketching and brainstorming to sitemaps, user flows, wireframes; designed brand identities and UI Kits and engaged in an iterative design process by creating low and high fidelity prototypes and conducting usability tests.

Graphic Designer/Visualizer

- Created UI designs for S10 Health’s Android & iOS app. Devised wireframes, user interface design and prototypes for building a cloud based electronic medical record management system and micro-site for network hospitals and clinics.
- Redesigned a responsive website for S10 Health with branding collaterals - brochures, booklets, outdoor advertising and facebook ads. Monitored usage analytics post launch and devised a web engagement strategy to target consumers for conversion.
- Created a new brand identity for S10 Health Sports Medicine & High Performance Centre ; designed material for indoor space of the Sports Training Centre.
- Created social media marketing strategy with newspaper and online ad designs for various healthcare hospitals/clinics.
