My responsibilities starts from research process, making of color selections, studying the trend markets runway shows etc. For making the new collection. Exploring weaving, printing or embroidery technique and getting it done with understanding the limitations also, cad designing for all print artworks as well as layout designing for embroideries. Plus getting on the floor to get executed at each step and assure the right coloration and right design is being implemented.
All in all..starting from research till the product dispatch.

Encouraging hand skills on various platforms like Weaving, Printing, Dyeing Embroideries, Photography, Testing of fabrics etc. Basically providing the platform for the students to showcase their hidden skills and promoting the overall development of a student.
