Work Experience

Platform Magazine

Design Intern

This internship has provided me with a first hand insight into the creation of a popular student magazine. Tasks included the production of effective magazine layouts, student event branding and promotional material for the Students Union. The chance to liaise with clients and experience the design/client development process has built my working confidence greatly and resultantly i have built strong working relationships with numerous employees. Nottingham Trent University

BA(hons) Graphic Design

My time on this course has been fantastically creative, experimental and productive. I have been provided with skills to approach a vast array of design briefs and am yet to be presented with one that i have not been able to work on with a high level of enthusiasm and innovation. With the addition of a contextual study throughout the three years, i have built on my historic and contemporary design knowledge and have comfortably presented ideas and criticism to sizeable groups.

Barnfield College

BTEC National Diploma Graphics and Multimedia Design

This college course offered me a broad and varied entry to the world of graphic design. As a gateway to an intensive university course, it provided me with the required skills and design basics so as not to feel uncomfortable or out of my depth later on. A recommended start to those interested in this field of work.
