Behind the Picture
The Ganz Works or Ganz was a group of companies operating between 1845 and 1949 in Budapest, Hungary. The first turbo generators were water turbines which drove electric generators.
Production of dynamo generators started in 1883.

In the background I hold in my hand two German pocket D.C. voltmeter, used by radio users who wanted to know the condition of their batteries for their early valve radios.

Hungarian Contemporary Electrographic Art
ΤΗΕ ΒΟΧ, the Embassy of Hungary in Athens and the Hungarian Electrographic Art Association present the exhibition « DIGITAL ART BUDAPEST Hungarian Contemporary Electrographic Art ».
The exhibition with the works of 74 Hungarian artists traveled from Budapest to Athens and presents the contemporary Hungarian digital art developed, the last two decades, under the term “ELECTROGRAPHIA”
