Copic markers C2, C4, C6,  0.5 Sakura Pigma Micron, 
Sakura Gel Roll Pen, Ink, white acrylic

Inkwash was placed down first. After that I applied more ink to most of the negative space and left some areas alone for the powder cloud. Splatter ink, more C4 marker and acrylic.
