La Noir is a high-end arabic fashion brand developed and founded by Sheikha Muneera Alkhalifa, focused on the traditional but luxurious abayas worn by the elites and the royalties. When she came to us, she said she wants a rebrand— she thought her current brand identity just doesn't have the "luxe" that she's trying to project with her abayas. She felt, when she looks at her abayas versus the brand identity that she has— as if they're two different entities, coming from two different places. Apparently, she wanted both the brand identity and abayas to come together, complement each other, and ultimately, "reflect" and represent one another.
