"Monster" is an animation project for school made by a group of 6 persons. I was mainly in charge of background and props design, later I also participated in storyboarding. 
The story is about Chloe, a girl who was scared of monsters hiding everywhere in the darkness of her bedroom. Fortunately, her dad came to her rescue and suggested a solution: with the help of him, she could create a monster of her own as an guardian to protect herself from others...  
I had a fun time designing how would a little girl's bedroom look like, because through mundane objects, we can figure out more who is Chloe, what she likes, and other things related to her life. It helps us to develop further the story about her. Also, thinking about where the monsters could hiding in her bedroom, playing with the shadows and reflection in mirror is another challenge I was enjoyed when designing.
