Richard Mihalcik is presently serving as the Director of Public Affairs for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. He has served a tenure as a First Selectman, which included the title of Chief Executive/Financial Officer, and spent two decades working in law enforcement.
Mr. Mihalcik is a Federal Criminal Investigator and a retired Deputy United States Marshal. He maintains an overwhelmingly-positive reputation.
