This promotional spot was produced while I worked as an Art Director for NBC New York at Rockefeller Plaza.  My job involved producing branding elements like Opens, Bumpers, ID’s, Inserts, and Studio Monitors, as well as promotional spots for the station.  This spot is an example of a promo we created for NBC New York Nightly News.   In this lighthearted promo we not only promoted the station’s news capabilities but also featured it’s main star anchor, Chuck Scarborough.  The NBC New York Nightly News went through three rebrands during my 5 year stint with NBC New York, and this is an example of the third reiteration, where we branded the show with a cleaner, simpler, flatter, and more modern style.
