Tabachin house

This house was inspired in the contemporary japanese style according to the client requirements and the aim for the ground floor space is to achieve the backyard view where a red tabachin tree is the main character in the whole project.

Because of that, an open space integrate the living room with the dining and the kitchen. It has been generated a set of simple and elegant facades finished on black cement stripes to create a dialogue with the tree.

Proportional windows configurate the elevations in the north façade so that natural light and wind can flow in all the spaces. This was an important premise and it helped to avoid views to the street creating a private architectural enclosure.
