Big Green Egg Corporate Site Redesign
I was tasked with the redesign of the the corporate WordPress website. I used Elementor Pro as the main builder. All recipes in ACF were migrated to new site. The new homepage layout met industry standards of clean and concise, with a more user-friendly customer journey. The site was built with a mobile and speed first approach. Organic traffic rose 16% 90 days post-launch, with mobile share increasing 20%, and a rise of female users from 19% to 34%.
Product Pages were overhauled with a clean aesthetic and a Locally widget was installed to show customers product availability at their nearest store.
I created a Customer Support page to help both consumers and CS get their answers in one single page. Top icons are anchor linked to their corresponding subject matter. The mobile version makes it easy for customers to reach the information they need quickly.
