Don't Understand, Experience

The problem with Networking between Creatives and Entrepreneurs.

One thing that is very popular among creatives and entrepreneurs these days is Networking.

And there’s a major issue with networking.

Networking basically means is to build new Connections and building new relationships in their specific niche.

And new creatives and entrepreneurs hope to get good advices and contacts which can help them in their career as a creative or entrepreneur.

But things don’t work like that.

Because no advice will come to use if your work is not good.

And an actual advice some one can give you is to Stop Networking and Do Good Work.

If you are a designer, design.

If you are a writer, write.

If you are an editor, edit.

Meeting good people is done by doing good work.

Have you ever messaged a great creator in your niche hoping to make a new connection for some advice and they never reply?

That’s not because they didn’t saw your message, it’s because the creator doesn’t find you worthy enough to reply.

They don’t find your work good.

And here’s the thing: Doing good work takes a lot of time.

Doing something Good is an ability that you build overtime.

And if you keep wasting your time asking people for advices, I doubt you will ever create good stuff.

And I know doing good work isn’t easy, it takes 1000 of hours of learning to do the work good.

But once you master the thing that you like, you won’t have to worry about making new connections.

The only way to make connections with people who do great work, is to do great work yourself.

And that isn’t done by asking advices of top 3 books to become great.
It’s done by actually doing things that will help you reach closer to your goals.

And don’t be afraid of being cringe.

Because no one has ever became good at their work without being little cringe.

Just know what you are doing.

Hope you'll find it valuable !
