One of my very first houses built in the Sims 3.

- Wanted to emphasize on the usage of bamboo by promoting the colour of wood-brown.
- Still a work in progress.

This is where my design/inspiration for my PP EverEco Model House orginated from.

- Wanted to portray and merge both the concepts of contemporary and greenery together.

A Bird's Eye View on the house.

- Objects are placed there intentionally and intentinally to allow unobstructed airflow.
- Wanted to introduce the concept where I tried to limit thenumber of doors/walls in each area.
- Wanted to bring about the greenery and eco-friendliness in the interior.
- (From bottom-left, Clockwise); Living Area, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, Leisure Room.
An angled view of the Ground Floor.

- Use of light, non-striking colors to promote the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

-  An ample amount of light will provide the lighting during the daytime of the above family area; lighting the stairs, family hall and others.
- Rooms are positioned to be small and cozy, yet provide adequate amount of space to walk around.
- 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Angled view of the First Floor.

- Use of non-striking colors again, providing yet another cozy feeling as you walk up the stairs.

Two of the buildings I sketched when I had free time during one of my school classes. This was done years ago. It was a quick sketch.
