Above: Imagining how the physical space could be realised in a cost effective manner - tiles, tongue and groove and pleasant lighting solutions could really help to transform the space and really portray the character of the business.
Below: One of the revised identities conceived as a solution to the brief. This time the focus for the name was the correlation between tieing together the two businesses that make up the brand. The concept would be further developed visually, however it helped to strengthen the visual direction and solidify the name to be used.
Above: Proposed Brand Mark and Typographic solution. The concept played on the pairing of the herbs to the their common animal counterparts being sold; initially exploring a wide range of different herbs to convey the wide range of meat and products being sold, the idea was refined and minimised to using just the two herbs - also representing the two businesses. This was the concept that the client decided on.
