This book lays out the current digital art NFT landscape in sufficient legal and practical detail for digital artists so that they can, at least, make an educated decision as to their individual best interests.
Graphic summaries and videos have been included in a few chapters to help those readers who just want to get the highlights, without having to deal with the technicalities. Below is a frame from a video in chapter 1 relating to smart contracts.
The NFT phenomenon has taken at least three forms, each of which, have different characteristics and potentially many subheadings. These three forms are discussed in chapter 4 entitled "The NFT 'Genie is Out of The Bottle'." The book, however, is primarily focused on digital art NFTs. Below is a frame from the video at the end of chapter 4.
