A Integrar é uma empresa do setor de Recursos Humanos que oferece serviços que envolvem recrutamento e seleção de pessoas. Está presente no mercado há 10 anos, sendo bastante reconhecida em sua cidade e região. Por estar por muito tempo na ativa, percebeu ser necessário atualizar a sua marca, principalmente para alcançar um público digital maior, já que grande parte do processo seletivo é feito por meios digitais atualmente.

Com tantos anos de atuação, a nova identidade visual precisaria trazer um formato mais clean, humano e dinâmico, mas que não fuja completamente de como era a marca antiga. Aqui, precisávamos conectar a empresa ao ambiente digital, transmitindo também autoridade, segurança e qualidade.

Integrar is a company in the Human Resources sector that offers services involving the recruitment of the best employees for the companies. It has been on the market for 10 years and is highly recognized in its city and region. As it had been active for a long time, it realized it was necessary to update its brand, mainly to reach a larger digital audience, since a large part of the selection process is currently done digitally.

So many years of operation, the new visual identity would need to bring a cleaner, more human, and more dynamic format, but that does not completely escape what the old brand was like. Now, we needed to connect the company to the digital, also transmitting authority, security, and quality.

A marca foi desenhada a partir de uma tipografia de fácil leitura e em caixa baixa para trazer mais humanização.

Ao observarmos o símbolo antigo, percebemos que a marca até entrega uma proposta de conexão entre a empresa e as pessoas envolvidas no processo. Porém, a integração ainda está distante pelo fato do símbolo estar com a integração saindo, escapando para fora.

The brand was thought from easy-to-read typography and lowercase letters to bring more humanization.

When we look at the old symbol, we feel that the brand even offers a connection proposal between the company and the people involved in the process. But the integration is still far away due to the fact that the symbol is with the integration coming out, escaping to the outside.

Agora, o novo símbolo é redondo. Traz uma proposta de serviços assertivos, de alta qualidade e sem arestas (pontas soltas). A parte maior do círculo representa a Integrar (grande responsável pelo processo) e a menor são as demais pessoas envolvidas - Empresa contratante, Pessoas Contratadas etc. Tudo isso forma um radar, que representa o olhar analítico e assertivo da empresa.

Now the new symbol is round. It brings a proposal for assertive, high-quality services with no edges (loose ends). The larger part of the circle represents the company Integrar (largely responsible for the process) and the smaller part represents the other people involved - the Contracting Company, Contracted Persons and others. All this forms a radar, which represents the analytical and assertive look of the company.
