Abode Residential had an old website that was difficult for visitors to navigate and didn't communicate the rapid change in property availability and their current range of accommodation to let.

The most important aspect of the new site was to allow visitors to quickly establish available locations and make it as easy and efficient as possible to make an enquiry. At the same time the site also needed to promote a number of developments Abode Residential was responsible for managing, so I created a two tier architecture that allowed users to research and locate a development as well as quickly skip through to available properties from both these and individual properties country wide.

The site was redeveloped using Wordpress to allow the client the ability to quickly and easily update the property lists. While the simplicity of the navigation and constant re-enforcement of the main calls to action coupled with the ability to filter the list with multiple criteria produced a well focused and ultimately user friendly online experience.
