At the end of the day, quartz and glass bangers look pretty similar. Many think quartz is a type of glass, but they’re a mineral themselves. They’re much tougher, so it’s only natural that there are a few differences in place. Let’s talk about them below. 

Glass nails can easily break. However, quartz nails are much tougher. You can go for high temp dabs with quartz bangers without worrying as much. This doesn’t mean that they’re indestructible though.

Taste wise, both nails don’t affect the flavor of your dab. They’re food and medical grade safe, ensuring a flavorsome experience. This is great as certain nails come with a funky taste.

Both nails are very easy to clean. There’s not much of a difference when it comes to this.

In the blink of an eye, you can heat a quartz banger up. Unfortunately, glass nails take around 20-30 seconds to heat up.

Quartz nail tend to be more expensive than their glass counterparts. They’re definitely not the most expensive nail type on the market, however.
