The investment complex in Madaba is close to the German University and is dedicated to
serving university students. Designed for breaks and picnics on a land area exceeding 5,000 square meters according to a modern and simple design. It required appropriate distribution and in-depth study for the
effective distribution of stores, exploiting the entire project area, and using water fountains to give a
feeling of comfort and relaxation, and
create gear spaces. For sitting and walking, it will be an attraction point for university
students. The ground and first floors contain shops, and the second floor contains student housing, and the settlement has a parking lot and services.
