Coleção Realismo
A Coleção Realismo procura abranger diversas obras da literatura Realista de várias partes do mundo das quais tiveram grande importância no país selecionado. No total foram elegidas 8 histórias mas para a visualização do projeto (e por ser um trabalho a nível escolar), foram desenhadas apenas 4 capas/acessórios em conjunto com a caixa.
Procurámos explorar a diversidade que o movimento trouxe a estes países, as críticas presentes, as situações descritas e as características das personagens. De obra para obra estas questões são abordadas de diversas formas e, com esses elementos, atribuímos símbolos e ilustrações equivalentes, mas sempre com uma linha contínua entre si.

Coleção Realismo (Realismo Collection)
The Coleção Realismo seeks to cover different works of Realistic literature from various parts of the world, which are of great importance in the selected country. In total 8 stories were chosen but for the visualization of the project (and because it is a work at school level), only 4 covers/accessories were designed together with the box.
We tried to explore the diversity that the movement brought to these countries, as present critics, the determined situations and the characteristics of the characters. From work to work these issues are approached in different ways and, with these elements, we attribute symbols and the like, but always with a continuous line between them.

Para a criação das capas, procurámos a simplicidade onde o branco fosse não só uma base mas também uma parte do cenário que interage com os demais elementos, ou seja, torná-lo não só um espaço vazio para “respirar” mas também para possuir um papel (como por exemplo, chão, parede ou céu).
As ilustrações, têm como base silhuetas de pessoas das quais apresentam apenas o desenho do vestuário, cabelo e por vezes alguns adereços.
O objetivo principal na criação das capas era que estas proporcionassem dinamismo, mas sem perder a sua sobriedade. Decidimos então, em vez de apresentar os elementos (como o título ou o nome do autor) em locais diferentes, colocá-los sempre no mesmo local, mas fazer com que a ilustração interagisse com eles sempre de maneira diferente, criando, por exemplo, o chão à sua volta, ou submergindo-o na água.

For the creation of the covers, we sought simplicity where white was not only a base but also a part of the scenario that interacts with the other elements, that is, making it not only an empty space to “breathe” but also to have a paper (such as floor, wall or sky).
The illustrations are based on silhouettes of people whose only design is clothing, hair and sometimes some props.
The main objective in the creation of the covers was that they would provide dynamism, but without losing its sobriety. So we decided, instead of presenting the elements (such as the title or the name of the author) in different places, to always place them in the same place, but to make the illustration interact with them always in a different way, creating, for example, the ground around it, or submerging it in water.

Cada livro tem um símbolo e cor associados logo, para o marcador, foram atribuídas essas duas características através de um design simples onde torna possível uma rápida associação à história em questão representada por este.

Each book has a symbol and color associated so, for the bookmark, these two characteristics were attributed through a simple design where it makes possible a quick association with the story in question represented by it.
