this project was mainly directed to a family of nature lovers who are living in a two storey landed property at the Singapore East Coast vicinity.

these are some pictures of the concept i am going for or pictures i was inspired by that led to the final design

i decided to divide the spaces into three categories which are the, "sleep" , "service" and "social" categories.

this is to divide the public and private spaces of the house so to ensure the owners of the house has their own privacy even when there are guests over.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN VIEW

the interior is designed to be a cozy and simple space where the user is able to feel comfortable and homely.

a yard is dedicated for the owners to carry out their hobbies and build on their garden and such.

SECOND STOREY FLOOR PLAN VIEW

the interior in the second storey is designed to be focused solely on giving the owners time and space for themselves which can be seen from the balcony and how cozy the space is.

the user would be able to spend more time with his family after a busy day at work and find comfort at his own home.

EXTERIOR CONCEPT

the exterior is designed to give a modern, and classy look. this design also gives an impression of the owner's preferences such as the colour scheme used which is monochromatic colours as well as the greenery surrounding the area.
