The Challenge
With so many sales campaigns being pushed during the holiday season, we noticed thatJanuary's Sales didn't get as much love. So we set out to create an engaging and communicative campaign with a focus on spreading joy and desire.

The Product
We reimagined the sales format and created a new cheerful and dynamic concept in line with Lagunen's brand experience, from visual identity to its digital and physical services.




Convergence of Commerce and Storytelling
UX Design starts by understanding the end consumer. By doing so, we road mapped how customers perceive Lagunen’s sales seasons, and created a fun and engaging comic strip storyline that encourages excitement and attracts the consumer into the variety of store sales offers and promotions






A Lasting Campaign
To keep a lasting and exciting engagement of consumer–service, we created a 15sec cutdown of the leading promotional video to publish in SoMe channels during the weeks of the campaign.
