Place 21 is a small mix used project concept proposal in the city of Puebla Mexico. It comprises a 110 room business hotel, a Mc Donalds restaurant and leasing spaces for gourmet restaurants, mainly pasta, meat cuts and seafood. It is also a renovation project as the place was used to be a car agency for BMW brand before.
