Description
Design an educational capstone project with a health education subject matter and develop and integrate various media assets to accompany the design of instructional content.

Target Audience
The target audience are high school students, specifically 9th grade, who are taking an introductory health and nutrition course for health credit requirement. 

Purpose of Project
Design and develop an educational capstone project regarding an environmental education.

Learning Outcomes

2. Articulate the design process in creating media assets for eLearning.
3. Design a professional ePortfolio of instructional design projects.
