School of Business Smartphone Marketing Campaign

A marketing campaign for the Rutgers School of Business - Camden aimed at prospective students for the undergraduate program. The first design generated was a  3.5 in. x 6.7 in self mailer with an accordion fold. When fully extended, the width is 31.5 in. Our demographic for this campaign was high school students beginning their search for the college they wanted to attend.

The goal was to create a design that both appealed to their interests and conveyed the personal experience that Rutgers offers. Considering the generation of incoming students is one that revels in the use of social media apps, I thought it appropriate to present an exciting experience that would be likely similar to what their own would be if they chose Rutgers.

The "screens" displayed in the design all depict parodies of today's contemporaries such as bizbook, Chirper, and Raptorgram (Rutgers Camden's mascot is the Scarlet Raptor). Each screen grab portrays different parts of a business student's journey at Rutgers (leading up to graduation) with corresponding information on the back.

The second design was aimed towards older relatives of the aforementioned prospective students. A 10 in. x 21 in. graphic was created to be used as an advertisement in The Courier Post. It borrowed aspects of the previous design and presented them in a more digestible form for the everyday subscriber.
