One day, you are walking home as usual, but life is always exciting for an adult, and things can happen on your way back home. We all know that everything can happen. Still, since we can’t predict if it’s going to be good or bad, we stay quiet not to make god/gods notice our boring time, but somehow, life comes to you and shows you the darkest side of yourself, that’s the moment when you know you have something new to discover and fight with, now you have entertainment.

These three artworks show how difficulties in life start and end and how I choose to face challenging moments.
From my point of view, there is always a moment of revelation, surprise, the breaking point when someone starts watching life, taking themselves out of the moment, out of time, and paralyzed—like watching a TV Show of their own life.

We could say this is the analytical time. It’s the moment when all the lights turn off so you can start watching the movie of your life, the magical drama.
Then, after analyzing the situation, you already know where the failure was and what caused it, and you start facing your mistakes, contemplating yourself as guilty and responsible for all the mess you have created. All the shame, weakness, silent screams in your head, and pain are there for you to face.

The worst part of yourself is the one you don’t want to be. And that’s the point: You start visualizing the person you don’t want to be.
After the analysis and facing your own, the most healing moment is The Cry. Overwhelmed by a whole situation, you surrender your life and accept what you need to accept to continue moving forward.

This acceptance act contemplates your errors and the heaviness of life. At this stage, you are aware of your human condition and how important it is to take care of yourself and the people who matter. From this moment, if you choose to let go, a rain of tears will come up before there are no more tears or regrets; there’s hope and forgiveness.
Be Happy.
Thanks for watching!
