This simple UX has solved an major problem, let me explain the process

Bank: Asks for your personal identity proofs and agreements with letterhead 

Customer: Uploads all the requested proofs along with one time letterhead upload

Letterhead is usually used for official documents to represent the identity and credibility of the sender. So it can be attached to any requested proof as per the banks requirements.
