WHO dunnit!
A collection of work under commission for WHO, Creative Talents Agency Pt.
A miss-matched array of illustrations made on commission for various magazines, newspapers and advertisement agencies.

Some of them actually got to see the light of day and can be found on national editions, others however, never got to smell the fresh ink on still-hot printing paper. Arranged in whichever categories I could recall, they're my most recent creative, drawn from the hip at 4 a.m. (some of them, at least) specimens of my sweat, pride and joy...

Enjoy!
A nice article on the come back of old pass times, like the very popular "matraquilhos" (football pin-and-ball game) that seem to go right along with the revival fashion that has been picking up again on 80's and 90's styles and pairing it up with iPhones and facebook...
When a national newspaper came up with a National Rivers collection adjoining folk stories and anecdotes to towns and cities along the Portuguese National Rivers, the story of a tax-evading cross-dresser came my way, much to my delight and surprise!
As the country falls further into a never-heard-from-again debt situation, political magazines start asking for themes like yard selling the country's assets.
Made for an article on the difficulty some people feel when trying to adjust to old technologies.
For an article on portuguese football players, celebrating the winning National Cup team - Futebol Clube do Porto - each illustrator had one player assigned to caricature. Mine was Sereno, number 16.

Look him up if you can!

The Tiger of Bengall (a portuguese pun - "bengala" meaning "cane") done as a disqualifier for a much bigger job for a kid's juice brand with a jungle-animal-theme. This particular character would have become the villain of the jungle gang, sleek and savvy, never quite ruining the other, fun filled animals' plans for a Bongo time.
A late night sketch for a fashion event themed t-shirt.
