When you go to interviews for IT jobs, you’re likely to be engaged in the process. They can become anxious and even hyperfocused. Sometimes IT recruiters find that hiring managers can be disengaged or appear completely disinterested in the process. Do you mean you couldn't get a job? Not necessarily.

Concentrate on the questions asked and build relationships with other interviewers (if any).

You might talk to your IT recruiters about it afterward, and they may have an answer for you. Perhaps not. The hiring process can be unpredictable or surprising, so you can not analyze things for signs. Put your energy towards working with your IT staffing agencies until you find the right position for you. Who knows - you could have won that very disengaged interview.
