Brief:
Introduce Nafis to the Emirati's young ambitious talents to inspire and encourage them to chase their dreams and not settle for less besides, supporting the UAE vision of encouraging Emirati talent to join the private sector.
Idea:
Nafis communication will be directed to the Emirati youth who wants to think outside of the box. Who doesn’t desire to follow all the notions and regulations in front of them to achieve their goals and dreams. Communicating to them that it’s their time to show their potential and not get trapped in the closed mindset, not be afraid of failure or what they used to know from the older generation.
Targeting them to be curious, to be different and successful, to not just think outside of the box but break it to make an impact. To encourage them to get out here and put their passion into action to take the unconventional routs and make the most out of their career journey to comprehend and get familiar and don’t let their passion and motivation go to waste.
