INTROVERT or NIKEtrovert ? Trend Spotting Project

This is a project of trend spotting and research project where we had to study a brand, NIKE in this case and how they are introducing new designs, new silhouettes and the current scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic to bring out something creative and useful.  With the pandemic in scenario, and the rise of gaming, 3d space and metaverse, there is group of consumers who have undergone the extreme side of the pandemic and it has made them comfortable inside the houses, to such an extent that they now are willing to spend their lives and most of their times inside their homes. In this scenario, it becomes essential for them to avail all the facilities at their home space through virtual medium. 
They want to remain hibernated but still want to experience that human touch and feel sitting inside their houses. They are a group of people who not only want to remain carefree but also are lazy and want everything easily. This project aims at understanding their psychology and their cognitive behaviour to finally design clothes for such a segment of the society that will be trending and will remain in demand.

 


The Colour palette for the collection is all neutral and dark colours because these are the colours that introverts would tend to associate themselves with. These are the colours that would represent their thinking and their way of remaining incognito.
