Summary:
Intelligence Prediction Courts© is an application designed to enhance the performance of the Intelligence Community staff and to generate pioneering intelligence products. Using an economic incentive mechanism, participants join cases as pseudonymized Jurors, voting upon previously generated scenarios, developed by other analysts and software alike. The later fulfillment of scenarios rewards those who voted correctly by distributing the points allocated to the case. The score is exhibited in ranking tables and impacts upon the economic incomes of participants. Through economic and prestige features, participation and performance is encouraged, while disloyalty and passiveness is discouraged. Valuable information is gathered to feedback the cycle, optimize prediction software learning and to achieve detailed assessments of participants. The gamified cycle offers enriched intelligence products and increases the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information at all times.
