As an account manager at Guerra Castellanos, I helped with the media coordination for The Economist's Mexico Summit event in 2015 and 2016. 

I invited hundreds of media companies, made calls and sent them emails to confirm their registration. I also coordinated interviews with the main editors and the main panelists of the event, and translated them. They were published in the main media sources in Mexico such as: El Economista, Excelsior, Forbes México, El Financiero, Milenio and Reforma. 

We obtained very good results in impressions, and The Economist saved over USD 60,000 in advertising.
