LinkedIn, a professional networking platform, has revealed plans to launch their own gig marketplace. Marketplace, like Upwork and Fiverr, will post freelance assignments and work-at-home jobs while taking a 13 % to 27 % cut. Reading, marketing, and consulting will be the primary focus of the new site.
