For this project, i was tasked to create an infographic poster for a musical instrument; which i've decided to work on the piano. As a pianist myself, i believe that the piano has a very rich history and at the same time, will definitely bring about benefits to the brain and soul of the pianist. 

I was tasked to use the 3 ways; spatial, chronological and quantitative infographics to display information on the infographic poster.

Of which i used:

Spatial infographics - to show how the different parts of the brain is used when playing the piano 

Chronological infographics - to show how music played by the piano have effects on the human development from newborns to elders 

Quantitative infographics - to show how music can serve as music therapy and the number of people of different ages receiving this treatment.

As for my choice of illustrations, i decided to create an illustration of a brain and a piano combined, having a pianist look to be fixing the brain. This was done to show that as one play the piano, one is essentially "fixing" or even "improving" their brains.
