Halo is a desktop lamp that takes inspiration from an angel's Halo.
I wanted users to feel protected and accompanied as they continue to do their work til' the late of night, but still being able to be brought around the house as all lights are turned off.

Halo is a modern day interpretation of an english oil lantern.
A minimalistic approach using only 3 materials and and seamless production method to create the handle which connects the base and the lamp shade together.
One is able to hold on to the lamp, which runs on battery, around the house, being a versatile product that can be placed anywhere.
